The emergence of the Convenience Service Hall in China was born from the process of creating a "service-oriented government",which allows citizens to experience various public services.The most unique feature is the "one-stop" office.In the process of contacting government agencies,it was convenient and quick,greatly saving administrative expenses and enhancing administrative efficiency.However,from the current situation,there are many problems in the functional orientation,institutional nature,personnel management,capital investment,legal norms,operation mechanism and so on.The research methods selected in this article include comparative analysis,literature method,survey method,survey method,this paper studies the current situation of the management system of Yushan Street convenience service hall,and finds that the management system of Yushan Street convenience service hall is imperfect in the construction of the management system of the service hall,and the staff's working attitude and ability are insufficient Effective incentive mechanism,lack of effective supervision and restriction mechanism,unsmooth operation of dual management system,high management cost and financial pressure of service hall,incongruous cooperation between convenience service hall and various business departments,unreasonable setting of entry hall items,etc.The main reasons are as follows: lack of understanding of the necessity of the construction of service hall,inadequate ideological understanding of the staff in the hall,lack of effective supervision and assessment of hall management,imperfect staff management mechanism,limited government investment and single source of income.In view of the problems and causes found in the research,The article gives the following centralized processing mode: improve the system design of the hall management of convenient service,improve the overall quality and management level of the hall staff,effectively use the incentive mechanism in the hall human resource management,implement the performance appraisal mechanism,countermeasures and Reflections on the dual management of cadres,increase capital investment and realize the financial allocation Effective supply,standardized management for daily management of the hall.The management system of the convenience service hall of Yushan street is perfect,whichneeds up-down linkage and continuous promotion.It not only needs the strong support of the local government,but also needs the convenience service hall of Yushan street to formulate relevant specific measures according to its own characteristics,constantly explore and innovate,so that the service hall can embark on the road of healthy,orderly and sustainable development.
