Research On The Main Practices,Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Corruption Governance In Z City Of Shandong Province

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has severely punished corruption with a firm attitude of zero tolerance.It has resolutely investigated and dealt with cases of violations of laws and disciplines by leading cadres,and practically solved the problems of unhealthy practices and corruption that occurred around the masses.,zero tolerance.The people's mind is the biggest politics and the ruling foundation of the party and state.The problem of corruption at the grass-roots level in the countryside has directly eroded the immediate interests of the grass-roots people,damaged the image of the party and the government in the eyes of the people,severely restricted the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and caused serious harm.This paper takes Z city in Shandong Province as the research object,adopts the literature research method,case analysis method,investigation research method and other research methods,analyzes the current status of rural corruption in Z city,draws regular characteristics through some typical cases,and combines the work of rural corruption governance in Z city The main practices and the results achieved have found that the current problems in the governance of rural corruption in Z City mainly include the effectiveness of supervision,the system is idling,the lack of joint efforts in governance,and the weakness of the root cause.The main reasons for these problems are the imperfect supervision mechanism and the effectiveness of the system.Insufficiency,insufficient role of governance,and particularity of village cadres and rural social environment.Based on an in-depth analysis of the problems and causes of rural corruption governance in City Z,countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the governance of rural corruption in City Z were put forward.One is to optimize the supervision mechanism and improve the basic-level supervision system;Big constraints on the operation of power;three is to strengthen the joint efforts of governance to achieve comprehensive rectification;fourth is to deepen the root cause of both the symptoms and the establishment of a long-term corruption governance mechanism.
