With the gradual improvement and perfection of state law enforcement agencies and systems,all suspects engaged in crimes can be effectively punished and punished.In order to ensure the effective supervision of these criminals,they will be detained and cared for at different times according to the seriousness of their circumstances,and their ideological education and labour transformation will be carried out so as to enable them to be reformed in the future.Ability to think correctly and behave normatively.At this time,the prison people's police,which is put into the function of supervision,came into being as the times require.They are the most direct enforcers and implementers of various legal provisions in our country.Since 2015,in order to implement the spirit of the second Central Xinjiang Work Forum,and strive to achieve the overall goal of social stability and long-term stability,combined with the security and stability situation in Xinjiang,Xinjiang has launched a series of severe crackdowns on criminal activities.It has hit a large number of criminals who endanger social stability.As the penal enforcement organ of our country,the prison not only shoulders the functional role of the execution of criminal punishment,but also bears the important responsibility of the security concept of the crime,and delivers a truly qualified "product" for the society.The relevant blending of internal and external factors has invisibly increased the daily work pressure of the prison people's police,accompanied by a low sense of professional achievement,a complex structure of management and control,and a single nature of work,some prison people's policemen,especially some new generation youth prisons policemen have shown the reality of low enthusiasm for work and negative warfare.Based on this background,this paper selects the Urumqi municipal district,which is responsible for the heavy supervision of Xinjiang prisons.For its characteristics of diversified management and heavy responsibilities,this paper researches the basic theory and incentive mechanism of the incentive mechanism from management which is in the local prison,combines with the current situation in the management of the people's police,the problems and attributions in the management incentive mechanism of the prison people's police in the region,put forward the path of improving the incentive mechanism of the prison people's police in the region,and constructs an incentive mechanism tailored to local conditions.As far as possible to stimulate the work motivation and vitality of the prison people's police,it provides the most fundamental follow-up for the education of the prisoners.
