The development of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.This is an era for building on past achievements,opening up new prospects and continuing to win the great victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics under new historical conditions.In the new era,China has achieved remarkable results in comprehensively governing the party with strict discipline,and the construction of civil servants' professional ethics has also achieved certain achievements.Under the background of the new era of civil servant professional ethics construction is endowed with new requirements,but also faced with new challenges,these challenges directly affects the civil servant's administrative function,affecting the governance level of ascension,affects the government can better fulfill their duties in order to satisfy the increasing of people a better life.Therefore,the study on the construction of civil servants' professional ethics in the new era has important practical urgency and important theoretical value.Based on the 18 th and 19 th report,using the literature research,comparative research and system analysis as the main research method,has been clear about the professional ethics,professional ethics,a new era of civil servants professional ethics of civil servants as well as the basic concept of moral construction,strictly to Xi jinping,new era party theory,administrative ethics theory and the theory of Marxist historical materialism as the theoretical basis,combined with relevant documents indicating spirit,will be "firm belief,loyal to the country,serve people,fulfill their duties,to follow the law,impartial and honest" as a new era in the career morality construction of civil servants,Study relevant issues and standardize the professional ethics of civil servants.Although the construction of civil servants' professional ethics in the new era has achieved certain results,it still faces many challenges and tests in six areas,such as firm faith,loyalty to the country,service to the people,dedication to their duties,handling affairs in accordance with the law,fairness and integrity.These problems directly affect the performance of civil servants' administrative functions,resulting ininsufficient supply of basic public services and hindering the further improvement of national governance.In this paper,a new era under the background of civil servant professional ethics construction is put forward the following countermeasures:establishing and perfecting the new era of civil servant professional ethics,strengthen the new era of civil servant professional ethics education mechanism,strengthen the new era of civil servant professional ethics appraisal supervision mechanism,establish a new era of civil servants professional ethics rewards and punishment mechanism,and promote the construction of a new era of civil servants professional ethics norm.
