Approach To The Realization Of The Rural Revitalization Strategy Based On The Concept Of Shared Development

The rural revitalization strategy is an important measure to build a well-off society in an all-round way and promote the harmonious development of society.In the rural revitalization strategy,the introduction of the concept of shared development is an important manifestation for the people to share the fruits of revitalization and development.This paper studies the rural revitalization strategy from the perspective of shared development concept,and uses the literature review method,the investigation research method and the cross research method to explore the 18 rural areas in Shandong Province on the basis of exploring the internal relationship between the shared development concept and the rural revitalization strategy.For the research sample,the questionnaire on the shared development level in the rural revitalization strategy was drawn up,and the problem of rural shared development and its negative problems in rural revitalization was investigated and analyzed.Based on the survey results,the rural revitalization path based on the shared development concept was proposed.select.The article is mainly summarized in the following three parts.First,it expounds the theoretical connotation of shared development and rural revitalization,and the intrinsic relationship between the two.Shared development is an important way to revitalize the countryside.Rural revitalization is the practice of sharing development concepts,based on the concept of shared development.The rural revitalization strategy is the inevitable result of the combination of theory and practice.Secondly,through investigation and research,it analyzes the problems existing in the current rural shared development in China,and what negative effects these problems have on rural revitalization,mainly.the gap between urban and rural areas,and the accumulation of many weak factors in rural construction;The vitality of the rural revitalization participation is not enough;the shared resources are unbalanced,the rural income is the shortcoming of rural revitalization;the lack of shared cultural life,the lack of cultural incentives for the revitalization of towns and villages;the lack of labor sharing,the lack ofprofessional and stable talents in rural revitalization.Thirdly,in the perspective of the concept of shared development,we should explore the path of rural revitalization in China.First,we must promote the concept of rural shared development and revitalize the countryside from the ideological aspect.we should integrate the concept of shared development into the practice of rural development,and condense the power of rural shared development.The village shares a cultural atmosphere.The second is to consolidate the rural shared economic base and revitalize the countryside from the economic aspect.to develop a rural characteristic economy,to tap the rural economic growth point;to support new agricultural development,to promote agricultural supply side reform;to use the “Internet +” and other opportunities to innovate China’s rural economy mode.The third is to improve the rural shared development mechanism,to ensure rural revitalization from the perspective of institutional mechanisms.the balanced development of education in rural poverty-stricken areas;to build the cornerstone of democratic politics for shared development;to innovate social security systems with Chinese characteristics.Fourth,we must strengthen rural shared development actions,and promote rural revitalization from the shortcomings of development.including the implementation of rural poverty alleviation,narrowing the income gap of residents,promoting social equity and justice,promoting the equalization of basic public services in the region and urban and rural areas,and scientific and technological innovation.
