Solving The False Indications Dilemma: The Construction Of Cheap And Efficient Government From The Perspective Of Multiple Theories

For a long time,China's governments at all levels have suffered from bloating and overstaffed institutions,excessively high administrative costs,loss of public trust,redundant and inefficient personnel,and the prevalence of official-based bureaucracy,which not only hindered the economic and social development,but also affected the steady progress of the modernization of the country's governance system and governance capacity.Based on professor Ding huang's state of false indications,the above phenomena and problems are summarized as the dilemma of false indications.In recent years,cheap government has been a hot topic in domestic academic research,but few scholars take the dilemma of pseudo-indications as a breakthrough point to study the relationship between the two.From the perspective of multiple theories,the construction of cheap and effective government is a good recipe to break the five-fold dilemma of government false indications,and at the same time,it can promote the optimization of government organization and the improvement of efficiency.It is also an important part of Xi Jinping thought on public administration in the new era.It has important theoretical significance and practical enlightenment to fully guarantee people's democracy and realize the modernization of national governance.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of false indication dilemma and cheap effective government,and elaborates on the theoretical basis of false indication dilemma and cheap effective government.Second,the false indications of organization,system,supervision,personnel,ecological aspects of the "Accumulation no harm","tragedy of the Commons","Tacitus trap","Ceiling" and "Gerdios knot " phenomenon of five kinds of appearance,personnel and organization,system and supervision,ecological five deep trouble reason for system analysis and detailed discussion on;Thirdly,based on the path analysis from the perspective of multiple theories,a new type of government form,namely the solution to the dilemma of false indications,can be truly established,which includes efficient institution setting,scientific and efficient function allocation,sound system and mechanism,satisfactory service for the people,overall optimization of compilation resources and positive political ecology.Finally,we came to the conclusion that the theory of multivariate perspective cheap efficiency government building to shed light on the long-term Chinese governments at all levels,the false indications,it adapt to changing with the principalcontradiction in our society,and the decisive role of the market in the allocation of resources to undertake,and administrative reform of democracy and good governance,is a new era of public administration to implement Xi thought and the modernization of national management system and management ability should be and important path selection.
