Research On Government Public Service Supply In The Internet Era

Under the background of the comprehensive deepening of the reform,the internal and external environment of the government in solving the problem of social development will be constantly changing,and the objective existence of the deepening of the reform goal also requires the service ability,efficiency and quality of the government to improve continuously.At present,the Internet has become an indispensable tool in the production and life of people.The continuous maturity and development of large data technology makes the digital and data characteristics of the human society more obvious.As a well deserved public service subject,the government can make a better use of the media role of the Internet while providing a series of public services.The state level is also actively promoting the process of the Internet + government.In the era of Internet,the issue of government public service supply has been paid much attention,but due to the influence of some subjective and objective factors,it is difficult to optimize the use of the Internet in the present stage of public service provision.The government itself is a relatively abstract concept,and the government is a "aggregate" made up of different departments.Although the public service provided by the Internet age can be applied to the "tools" of the Internet,the optimization of the path of government public service is also being restricted by some factors and some problems.This paper will also study the optimization of government public service supply from the perspective of Internet plus,using literature review and comparative analysis.This paper expounds the relevant theories of government public service,and analyses the manifestations of the lack of government public service supply in the Internet era.On this basis,from the perspective of comparative analysis,the article explores and interprets the experience of government public service supply in Britain and Singapore.At the same time,it puts forward a series of suggestions on how to provide public services for the domestic government in the Internet era.
