Study On The Social Organizations' Participation In Urban Community Governance

As an important part of China's governance system,social organizations now play a vital role in realizing the modernization of governance capabilities.In the field of public management and public services,social organizations play their own unique advantages,undertake some government functions,and provide different public services and public products for the whole society.The report of the 19 th National Congress also emphasized the encouragement of more social organizations to participate actively on the basis of strengthening the community governance system.The Ministry of Civil Affairs also issued opinions on vigorously cultivating community social organizations.Jinniu District of Chengdu focuses on cultivating social organizations,establishing a social organization incubation platform in street-level units,establishing a social organization service platform within the community,and giving play to the collaborative service functions of social organizations.In this context,exploring the problems encountered by social organizations in community governance,and proposing practical suggestions for problems can effectively improve the efficiency of social organizations and further improve the comprehensive ability of community governance.Based on this,this paper selects social organizations as the research object,and takes the Jinsha Park North Community as an example.Through questionnaires and interviews,the community residents,the community neighborhood committee directors,and the hatchery center leaders will be informed accordingly,and the social organizations will participate in the community.The status of community governance in the park.List the current achievements,such as meeting the growing needs of residents,participating in community affairs,and shaping community culture.Analyze the problems presented in the governance process,such as the lack of social organization's own capabilities,lack of credibility,resource dilemma,inadequate party building,and low participation of community residents.The cause of the problem is analyzed for specific problems.On the basis of the above research,it analyzes the effective countermeasures of social organizations to participate in community governance,and puts forward some suggestions from the government level,social organization itself and community dimensions: improve the supporting support system from the government perspective and vigorously promote government purchase.Service,improve community infrastructure construction and public services,and rational planning and layout;from the perspective of social organizations,it is necessary to strengthen party building to lead,broaden fundraising channels,improve participation and comprehensiveness,strengthen their own capabilities and credibility;from the community perspective,it is necessary to stimulate residents' participation Innovative propaganda mode,broaden participation channels and improve supervision mechanism.It is hoped that through the above optimization measures,social organizations can improve their service management level in the community,which is of great significance for realizing the community governance system of “one core,pluralism and common governance”.At the same time,I hope to provide some reference for the development of Chengdu social organizations and the development of Jinniu community.
