The Research On The Construction Of Three-Dimensional Social Security Prevention And Control System Of Nankai District,Tianjin

In the new historical period,Chinese society has undergone a profound transformation.The concept of thinking and value,behavior patterns and lifestyles are changing rapidly,and they have become increasingly diversified.In this process,a series of social problems could easily lead to people's misconduct and social disorder.The probability of causing social conflicts and social conflicts has greatly increased.The situation of social issues has become increasingly complex.The three-dimensional social public security prevention and control system has played an important role in maintaining order and preventing and controlling risks.Nankai is the largest urban area with the largest population in Tianjin.The construction of the three-dimensional public security prevention and control system in Nankai District has a certain significance.The thesis is based on the theoretical basis of new public service theory,collaborative governance theory and social anomie theory.First of all,it illustrates the main purpose and significance of the study from both theoretical and practical aspects,and relevant researches at home and abroad are combed and elaborated.Based on this,the relevant concepts,theoretical basis and domestic and international experience are introduced.Then,the basic situation and characteristics of Nankai District,the security situation,and the construction of the three-dimensional social security prevention and control system are introduced.In particular,the status quo and the existing problems such as insufficient investment,insufficient participation of social forces,lack of institutional guarantees,"information isolated islands",and rapidly growing of objective demand are raised through three cases.In response to these problems,a route to optimize the construction of the three-dimensional social security prevention and control system in Nankai District is proposed.
