| With the continusing development of social,economic,ecological and cultural and the continuous intensifying of labor competition,employee salary system of various industries or enterprises in our country have entered a more fierce competitive environment than before.However,the pay level of government employees contrasted with various industries has been paid more and more attention with mixed criticism.Compared with some developed countries,the salary system of government employees in China generally has problems such as unreasonable system,low frequency adjustment and no level of distribution.However,the advantages and disadvantages of the salary system directly affect the passion of government employees,and the quality of their work directly represents the credibility of the government,directly influencing whether a government can better serve the people.Therefore,it is extremely important to improve the civil service salary system.This paper combines the actual work experience of the author and selects two grassroots governments in changping district of Beijing as the sampling representative.Through the method of questionnaire survey,we hope to analyze the satisfaction of government employees to the current salary system through the software SPSS.Moreover,the research results will be summarized and analyzed,and compared with the salary system of developed regions,reform proposals will be put forward to the salary system of government employees to lay a good foundation for the further improve of the salary system and to energize all government employees. |
