Study On Social Work Intervening In The Loneliness Of The Elderly With Hearing Impairment In The Residential Carehouse

Under the social aging and the family miniaturization,the level of loneliness in the elderly in China is increasing day by day.At the same time,the scale of the elderly hearingimpaired groups in China cannot be ignored,and the hearing impairment is the chronic disease that has the greatest impact on the loneliness of the elderly.In this context,relieving loneliness has become a strong expressed need for the elderly hearing-impaired group.At present,the research on the sense of loneliness in the elderly is mainly concentrated in the field of psychology,and most of them are theoretical research.The few practical intervention studies are mainly aimed at healthy elderly people and lack of attention to nonhealthy elderly people.Therefore,this study works from the society.From a professional perspective,the intervention study on the loneliness of the hearing-impaired elderly has certain innovative significance and can make up for the lack of relevant research.The purpose of this study was to explore an effective service model for relieving loneliness in elderly hearing-impaired groups by analyzing the actual groups in W nursing homes,and to explore strategies for providing group work services for special groups with hearing impairment.This research is mainly carried out under the guidance of functional theory.The group service is designed from the "dual path" of directly relieving the loneliness of the hearing impaired and improving the psychological defense function of loneliness.In particular,from the two dimensions of filling the social missing and improving self-evaluation of service objects,the intervention of the loneliness of the elderly with hearing impairment in W nursing homes is involved.In the dimension of social missing,the group continues to deepen the emotions within the group by creating a homogenous group.Support;in the improvement of self-evaluation dimension,mainly to improve self-efficacy as the core,to help clients to achieve successful experience in group games,to achieve successful experience in group communication,to guide them to strengthen their self-affirmation,this study designed 1 time Group interviews and 7 group services.At the end of the group,the study conducted a process assessment and a results assessment that showed that the group service was effective.The research conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.The particularity of the hearing-impaired elderly in the institution leads to the vulnerability to strong loneliness;2.The group work practice under the concept of “dual path” is effective in relieving the loneliness of the hearing-impaired elderly in the hospital..Finally,this study discussed the action strategies for group services for the elderly hearingimpaired groups and the respect for the elderly's thinking in the design of services for the elderly,and reflected on the main shortcomings of the research.
