Demolition And Resettlement Community From The Perspective Of Field Theory Governance System Research

The accelerating process of urbanization has brought about some problems while bringing about economic development.As a product of its promotion,the demolition and resettlement community is developing rapidly.Such communities built under the background of the government of our country have received extensive attention from before demolition to after resettlement.Therefore,how to carry out demolition and resettlement community governance is increasingly favored by scholars.The existing research on demolition and resettlement communities is more extensive and covers a wide range,not only in the breadth of theoretical disciplines,but also in the depth of practical investigations,from the establishment process to the development process,from governance subjects to residents' participation,from the economy to psychological construction.However,the field theory is rarely used to analyze the problem of community management in demolition and resettlement.Most scholars have seen the current problems in the community including the governing problems of community organizations,and analyzed the causes from various angles and proposed countermeasures.But they pay less attention to the relationship between the main bodies of demolition and resettlement community,How main bodies work together on residents' concerning problems is also less studied.This paper takes the M community in Chongqing as an example for empirical research,taking the main governance subjects in the community as the research object,from the perspective of field theory,deconstruct the governance logic of demolition and resettlement community governance.From the research structure,this paper is divided into seven parts: The first part is the introduction,which discusses the background of the topic and the purpose of the research,and expounds the significance of the research.The second part is the research review,which summarizes the research conclusions of the existing demolition and resettlement communities.The third part is research design,analyzes and defines related concepts,and puts forward the theoretical basis of this research.The fourth part is an empirical study of a demolition and resettlement community in Chongqing,and introduces the structure and reform of the community governance system.The fifth part is based on the empirical research,based on the fieldtheory to analyze the dilemma and relationship interaction of the community governance subject after the field reform,and propose the relevant development path construction.The sixth part puts forward the enlightenment of the construction of the demolition and resettlement community governance system on the basis of empirical research.The seventh part is a summary and reflection of the full text.This paper attempts to analyze the interaction and relationship between community governance subjects under the field reform from the perspective of field theory,and provide effective suggestions for community management of demolition and resettlement.
