With the continuous innovation of Internet technology,the scale of e-commerce in China is expanding,and the records of consumers and enterprises in the activities of e-commerce have formed a huge information network.Through screening and analyzing related information,a consumer credit system based on e-commerce can be established.With the convenience of network,the consumer credit system can integrate information collection,credit evaluation and result feedback.This information sharing and credit analysis application mode can solve the problem of information asymmetry in the market to a certain extent and improve market efficiency.In this process,the quantity and quality of the market information will be greatly improved.Based on the development of e-commerce,the consumer credit system can effectively reduce the credit risk in the transaction and maintain the market equity.However,consumer credit began to appear in China in 1990 s.The construction of credit system is relatively late in the European and American countries,the credit system is small,the system is not perfect,and the method of credit evaluation and using is relatively simple.This thesis analyzes the current situation of the construction of China's credit system,and puts forward some suggestions on the construction and application of China's consumer credit system,starting with the main problems of the real consumer rights protection and the difficult financing of small and medium enterprises.Explore how to apply the Chinese consumer credit system based on the rapid development of e-commerce to solve the practical problems of the market.In the discussion of consumer credit,this thesis mainly involves two main players,consumers and enterprises.By analyzing the different angles of the two subjects,this thesis puts forward the idea of the construction and function of the consumer credit system,and finally achieves the goal of standardizing the market and improving the economic efficiency.This thesis first introduces the background and significance of the research,and compares the credit system between China and other countries.Then,through the analysis of the existing demand and problems in the market,this thesis explores how to further improve the structure and function of China's consumer credit system in order to solve the existing problems in the market.Finally,this thesis will illustrate how the consumer credit system can play a role in the market and solve relevant problems through examples.The consumer credit system is an important part of the construction of China's social credit system.Through the design and application of the function of the consumer credit system,this thesis will provide some reference for the construction of the credit system.
