With the popularity of the Internet,e-commerce has become a new mode of leading the economic development.Therefore,the research on the protection of the e-commerce consumers' right to know should be based on the characteristics of e-commerce consumption,and make some innovations on the traditional theory of consumer protection.This thesis discusses from five aspects,hoping to establish a more perfect protection system of the e-commerce consumer's right to know.The first chapter is an overview of the basic theory about e-commerce consumers' right to know.This part of the article analyzes the concept of e-commerce consumer and e-commerce consumer's right to know,and gives a new definition.As the extension of the new concept,the subject of right and obligation,and the information scope of the e-commerce consumers' right to know should be expanded on the basis of the traditional theory.Finally,it points out that protecting the e-commerce consumers' right to know is of great significance,which is intended to arouse the attention of the society.The second chapter analyzes the causes about the infringement of the e-commerce consumers' right to know.It is mainly classified into two aspects: the first is fraud of false information,the two is that the provided information is not understood easily and clearly,and these illegal behaviors lead to the damage of the consumer's interests.The third chapter analyses the protection situation of the e-commerce consumers' right to know,it mainly analyses from four aspects of legislation,administration,justice and the social organizations' protection,and points out that some legislative articles are in low level,and the administrative measure is backward,the justice costs too high,and the protection of consumer associations is not perfect.The fourth chapter examines the legislation of the e-commerce consumers' right to know in the United States,the European Union and the South Korea.It mainly analyzes the legislation on the development of e-commerce in different periods,finds out the important content of protecting e-commerce consumers' right to know,and summarizes the legislative experience,that is the legal articles of the e-commerce consumers' right toknow is relatively complete,especially the disclosure of the detailed information requirements for the business operator is specific.It is worth leaning.The fifth chapter,on the basis of previous research,puts forward the specific measures for the protection of e-commerce consumers' right to know in our country.It mainly includes five aspects: strengthening the integration of online and offline(O2O),strengthening the supervision of the government in the field of e-commerce,establishing a scientific and reasonable credit evaluation mechanism for e-commerce operators,strengthening online relief,and legislate e-commerce law as soon as possible.
