The job satisfaction of young civil servants affects their work efficiency and service level,and then affects the interests of the people.As a special group,the job satisfaction of young civil servants deserves attention.This paper analyses the influence of personal factors and job-related factors on job satisfaction of young civil servants.Among them,job-related factors are divided into five dimensions: organizational interpersonal relationship,job itself and development,wages and benefits,working environment and job stress.This paper collects data about job satisfaction and its influencing factors of young civil servants in Z city through electronic questionnaire,then uses SPSS20.0 to process and analyze data.Combining with the results of interviews,the final results show that young civil servants in Z City:(1)Job satisfaction is generally at a medium level;(2)According to the results of regression analysis of job satisfaction,three dimensions have a significant impact on job satisfaction,they are organizational interpersonal relationships,job itself and development and wage and welfare.The impact of work environment and work pressure is not significant;(3)Separated personal factors have no significant impact on job satisfaction;(4)Young civil servants are less satisfied with job compensation and benefits,promotion opportunities and fairness,but are more satisfied with the interpersonal relationship of the organization.Based on the above research results and characteristics of young civil servants,this paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations from the aspects of clear assessment mechanism,improving the selection and training mechanism of young cadres,improving the income growth mechanism of civil servants,and improving the incentive mechanism of young civil servants,hoping to provide reference for policies,which are aimed to improve the satisfaction decision of young civil servants in Z City.
