| Nowadays,the government’s open government affairs is based on standardization,diversification,and intelligent construction.It expands the scope of government affairs disclosure,strengthens the key control of government decision-making links,and expands the main body of government affairs in conjunction with internal meetings,emphasizing the public sector and financial departments and social organizations of state-owned enterprises.Collaboration with each other to improve the visibility of government affairs and the legibility,visibility and convenience of information.At present,with the rigid demand of government administration,government affairs openly show new development vitality.Different regions and governments need to continue to deepen and improve the form and content of government government affairs disclosure,and analyze procedures to promote multi-level and diversified government affairs open platforms and media.To build,we must explore the open supervision and management mechanism of government affairs and the way to open government affairs.Different local governments have established a reasonable public service satisfaction evaluation index system for the openness of government affairs disclosure,system design and implementation process,and evaluated the satisfaction of different government affairs.The study of government openness satisfaction has become a new hot issue.In this paper,the focus is combined with the current “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”policy system,and from the perspective of planning analysis,the public satisfaction evaluation index for Wenzhou Yongjia County is constructed.The results show that:(1)Wenzhou Yongjia County government has achieved certain results in government affairs disclosure.In the study,the public satisfaction degree CPSI model was used to analyze the satisfaction of government affairs information disclosure of Yongjia County government.The research results show that the public is basically satisfied;(2)Wenzhou The platform construction and information application service capability of Yongjia County government affairs willhave certain influence on the construction of government affairs open platform;(3)Government affairs open information,content quality and scientific effectiveness are the basic indicators to enhance public satisfaction;(4)Yongjia County Government Administration There are some problems in information disclosure,including the low quality of information disclosure content,the public expectation,the form of information disclosure and the irregularity of procedures affecting the image of the government.The lack of resources for government information,the public trust of marketing,the scope of information disclosure and limited content affect public perception;In the future government affairs information disclosure of Yongjia County Government,it is necessary to strengthen the open management of government affairs information,to change the traditional government management concept,to implement the government-wide open supervision of government affairs,to build a new government affairs disclosure system,and to build an effective government affairs public satisfaction.Evaluation model To improve public satisfaction. |
