An Research On The New-type Urbanization Development Of Sandu Shui Autonomous County From The Perspective Of People's Livelihood

The ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle once said,‘people come to the city to live,and people who live in the city look forward to better life.' Standing in the new era,tracing back to the forty-year new-tape urbanization of China since the reform and opening,the process was not only extraordinary-scaled,but also speedy and striking.It has substantially improved urban and rural residents production conditions and living environment,and developed a new-type urbanization with Chinese characteristics which has made a great contribution to China's poverty alleviation work,laid the foundation to build a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020.However,compare with the main social contradictions and realities in China at the present stage,new-type urbanization still faces many challenges in the field of people's livelihood.This paper selects Sandu autonomous county which is one of the state comprehensive pilot counties as research object.On the basis of summarizing relevant researches both at home and abroad,using literature research,field research and normative analysis and empirical analysis with the combination of research methods,using the integration of urban and rural,anti-poverty and urban sustainable development theory,combined with the development of urbanization in the local new and carried out a thorough examination of the results.Through the field investigation and analysis,it was found that all the new urbanization development in the change of aquatic animals autonomous county relocation,urban industry further development driving force for poverty alleviation,social security and infrastructure services capabilities,protection of ethnic cultural heritage and development,work sharing social governance structure building and ecological environment protection also has many deficiencies need to be addressed.It tries to make up for these weak links from the perspective of people's livelihood.Then with the help of linear regression model,the influence factors of the new urbanization development is proved practically,finally focus on the endogenous power,build up sustainablepoverty alleviation mechanism as the core,adjust measures to local conditions to develop industry,extending the chain of the industry as power,improve the ability of social security level,promote equal basic public services,adhere to the development in protection and inheritance,revitalize the national cultural industry as support,perfect the governance structure,build a social governance atmosphere of jointly building-up,governing and sharing as the breakthrough to keep a continuous increase of ecological environment protection and ensure a promotion on a new development of ecological civilization.Thus,some advices and strategies are presented in this paper,and the main conclusions are as follows:First,the new-type urbanization development model of Sandu Shui autonomous county should be changed from "growth-oriented" to "livelihood-oriented",and it is suggested to take the new-type urbanization path of livelihood development in poverty-stricken mountainous areas of ethnic minorities according to their own characteristics and coordinated ecology,resources and urban-rural development,achieving the integration and symbiosis of urban-rural relations.Second,the national comprehensive pilot project of new-type urbanization is the most powerful motivation and lasting driving force for the future economic growth of Sandu.Thirdly,from the perspective of people's livelihood,the new urbanization in poverty-stricken areas can be analyzed from six aspects: poverty alleviation,industrial driving force,construction of social security system,development of national cultural undertakings and national cultural industries,construction of social governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,and improvement of ecological environment protection.Promoting urbanization in minority areas of China is not only an economic development problem,but also a political task.The current situation,large area,deep level and large number of poor people in Sandu remains radical unchanged.The development of new-type urbanization is an important starting point for the improvement of people's livelihood.We hope to optimize the development of new-type urbanization in Sandu from the perspective of people's livelihood so as to provide certain intellectual services and to contribute to the research for winning the battle against poverty in 2020 and stepping into a well-off society in step with the whole country.
