Research On The Construction Of Minoritycadres In Sandu County,Guizhou Province

China is a multi-ethnic country and the ethnic issues in China have always been related to the future and destiny of the country,so it is a matter of overall importance to strengthen its construction of ethnic minority cadres.How to correctly understand and deal with ethnic issues,enhance national unity,promote social development,maintain border stability and national unity cannot be separated from a large number of ethnic minority cadres because ethnic minority cadres are the bridge and link between the party,the state and the masses in ethnic areas.Since entering the new era,with complicated situation at home and abroad,China has encountered new problems and challenges in solving ethnic problems and strengthening the construction of ethnic minority cadres.Therefore,it is indisputable to regard strengthening the construction of ethnic minority cadres as an important content of the current development of China's ethnic cause.Sandu County in Guizhou Province is an early established Shui Autonomous County in China,which is an underdeveloped and underdeveloped minority poverty-stricken area.Therefore,it is necessary to study the construction of minority cadres in Sandu County in Guizhou Province.This paper analyzes and studies the problems existing in the construction of minority cadres team in Sandu County,Guizhou Province through field investigation and combined with practical cases,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to better fulfill the construction of minority cadres in Sandu County,Guizhou Province in the future.This paper consists of three parts: introduction,main body and conclusion.The main body consists of four parts from chapter one to chapter four.The introduction part mainly expounds the research purpose and significance of the construction of minority cadres in Sandu County,Guizhou Province,combs the relevant domestic literature,clarifies the research coordinates of this paper,and expounds the research contents and methods,innovation points and shortcomings of this paper.The first chapter of the text introduces the historical evolution of China's minority cadres policy and defines the core concepts of“minority cadres” and the responsibilities of minority cadres.The second chapter of the text,first of all,describes the basic situation of Sandu county and the main process of the construction of the national minority cadres in Sandu County;secondly,it describes the construction of the national minority cadres in Dujiang town of Sandu county and the market supervision administration of Sandu County;thirdly,it analyzes the achievements of the construction of the national minority cadres in Sandu county.The third chapter of the text analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of minority cadres in Sandu County,Guizhou Province,and finds out the causes of the problems;the fourth chapter of the text puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the construction of minority cadres in Sandu County,Guizhou Province;finally,the conclusion part summarizes the research content of the construction of minority cadres in Sandu County,Guizhou Province,and puts forward its own thinking and outlook.
