Research On China's Ideological Security In The Era Of Big Data

With the rapid development of network technology and artificial intelligence,the era of big data has come.Big data is deeply penetrating into people's life,work and thinking.Big data network transmission has the characteristics of rapidity and concealment.Because of this,some Western countries use various means to spread and infiltrate their ideology and ideas in China by virtue of their possession of international discourse power,weaken China's mainstream ideology and expose China's ideological security to potential threats.At present,competition among countries in the ideological field is intensifying,highlighting the competition for big data resources,security capabilities and international discourse rights.In the era of big data,China's ideological security faces various challenges: legal systems such as big data legislation,regulation,and punishment related to ideological security are not sound,as well as the convenience and low cost of crime,the dissemination of data information resources lacks adequate security guarantee.Non-Marxism and anti-Marxist pluralistic social thoughts with democratic socialism,neoliberalism,neo-Leftism,historical nihilism,universal values and populism as the representative ideas continue to impact China's mainstream ideology.The inconsistency of data information standards,the low correlation between data and the backwardness of data analysis tools make the mining and integration of ideological data information face technical bottlenecks,which hinders the process of information resource integration and reduces the efficiency of information resource integration.With the advantage of technology and resources,western developed countries constantly compete with China for the right of ideological discourse through the Internet platform.In addition,the diversification of ideological discourse communication mode weakens the control of the discourse power of mainstream ideology,making the discourse power of China's ideological field full of potential crises.Face many challenges in the field of big data era ideology in our country,we should from the following several aspects to maintain security of ideology in our country: first,to improve the security of ideology of big data and the legal system,perfect legal system of maintaining ideology security of big data,and improve the mechanism of large data supervision and refinement to endanger the safety of ideology of criminal behavior punishment measures,increase the intensity of punishment,build a secure network ecological environment.Second,China should continuously strengthen the ideological education of network ideology security,highlight the positive guiding role of network opinion leaders,create a batch of competitive new mainstream media of network public opinion,constantly strengthen the guidance of network public opinion of China's mainstream ideology,and enhance the cohesion of mainstream ideology.Third,actively change the thinking mode of big data,pay attention to the training and introduction of big data professionals,constantly strengthen the technical support of big data security,and further accelerate the construction of big data position of ideological security.Fourth,pay attention to the setting of mainstream ideology discourse,optimize the mainstream ideology discourse mode of transmission,improve external communication discourse system with Chinese characteristics,actively promote the exchange of foreign ideology and culture of big data network platform,enhance the awareness and influence of mainstream ideology in the field of international ideology,and strive for the right to speak in the ideological field,better maintain security of ideology in our country.
