Products,costs and sales skills were always considered as the key elements in the Personnel examination is a way of evaluating talents,a measure taken by the government personnel department to serve the reform of the title system,and a way of selecting talents in our government.Personnel examination has gradually become an important means for the government personnel department and social sectors to allocate human resources.The soul of personnel examination is "public"."Equity and justice" is also the lifeblood of the examination work,and its impartiality and objectivity are directly related to the interests of the country and the people.However,with the rapid development of the personnel examination business,the number of applicants is expanding every year,and the growth rate exceeds the development speed of other supporting facilities.Such as hardware resources,information technology level,management system,management level,and then bring a series of management difficulties.In view of the present situation of informationization construction and development of personnel examination management in S province,the traditional management system and process have not adapted to modern technology and management concepts,resulting in the problems of poor user experience,high labor cost,inefficient reception at the front desk,and great hidden dangers of management and operation,and how to use them To provide better registration services and improve the level of information management has become a pressing matter of the moment.This paper takes the business process management of the registration examination of the personnel examination in S Province as an example,analyzes the existing traditional process model,identifies the main problems existing in the process by investigating and analyzing the customer satisfaction and employee feedback in the registration examination process.On this basis,using business process reengineering theory,using ARIS tools,ESIA and other process optimization methods,this paper focuses on the selection of S provincial registration process,audit revision process,photo review process for reengineering optimization design,optimization,integration and reconstruction of various business processes,mainly including department restructuring,ineffective activities streamlining,business process integration and other aspects.Surface optimization.Finally,through the comparison and analysis of the dimension of user satisfaction and business process before and after the business process transformation of registration audit,the process optimization is verified,and the evaluation of user satisfaction and the performance evaluation of business process optimization are obtained.The purpose of this paper is to sort out the current situation of the business process of the registration and auditing of personnel examination in S Province,apply the theory of process optimization and reengineering to the management practice,on the premise of improving the management ability of personnel examination,in order to further realize the efficiency and fairness of examination management,find out the problems existing in the management process and mechanism,so as to enhance the scientific,service and efficiency of examination management.Other provinces and municipalities provide constructive opinions or ideas for personnel examination management,which has very important practical guiding significance.
