| With the rapid development of China’s social welfare undertakings,the healthy growth of children in welfare homes needs more and more attention and support from society.The distressed children in welfare homes mainly adopt the mode of residential care,and they are prone to mental disorders,inferiority and attacks during their growth due to the limitations of the living environment of the welfare homes and the physical defects of the children in distress and the complex life background.Behaviors and other deviations that are contrary to social norms and social mainstream values.These deviation behaviors greatly affect the physical and mental health of children in distress and their personal socialization.Therefore,the service of social work involved in the problem of deviant behavior of children in welfare homes is very necessary.This paper takes the children of Difficult Children in F City of Guizhou Province as the research object.On the basis of cognitive behavior theory and social support network theory,it mainly works from case studies through social research methods such as literature research method,interview method and observation method.Starting from a professional perspective,we study the problem of children’s deviation behavior in welfare schools.First of all,after analyzing and sorting out the data collected in practice,the author elaborates on the research background,research purpose and significance,literature review,related concepts and theoretical basis of the problem of children’s deviation behavior,and discusses the F City Children’s Welfare Institute.The main manifestations of the bias behavior of children in distress and the reasons for the behavior of bias behavior were analyzed in detail.Secondly,in the process of practice,the concept and method,process and skill of the case social work are used to serve the client in stages,correcting the deviation behavior of the service object and promoting the realization of the service goal.Process evaluation and effect evaluation of the service process.Finally,the author rethinks the methods and techniques in the practice process,the social support network of the service object,and the centralized parenting model of the welfare institution,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the improvement of the deviation behavior of the welfare children in the welfare school.The results of this research provide a certain practical basis and theoretical reference for future research in related fields. |
