Research On The Construction Of The Integrity Culture In Socialistic Cities With Chinese Characteristics

The construction of a clean and honest culture with Chinese characteristics has alw ays been the focus of academic research.Its research contents mainly focus on the conc eptual research,relationship research and conceptual research of the construction of a cl ean and honest culture.There are relatively few studies on the construction of a clean an d honest culture in cities.This situation mainly stems from two reasons: First,the theore tical circle is currently building a social master with Chinese characteristics.The system of honest and clean government culture and the scientific evaluation system of honest a nd clean government culture are studied,so the attention to the construction of honest a nd clean government culture in cities is relatively small.Secondly,the research on the c onstruction of honest and clean government culture in the region as the research scope,each sample of which is different,it is difficult to form a unified model of honest and cl ean government culture construction,and it is even more difficult to summarize a unifie d development path.This study chooses the construction of clean government culture in Wuhan as a sample to study the construction of clean government culture in cities.The main reason is that Wuhan has gradually formed a model of clean government culture c onstruction with regional characteristics.Its main basis lies in the abundant historical re sources of Wuhan and the specific situation of the construction of clean government cult ure in Wuhan.As the provincial capital of Hubei province,Wuhan is also a sub-provincial city in China.Due to its special geographical location and long history,Wuhan has many cultural resources,especially the clean government cultural resources.In the development of modern history,there are landmark historical events such as the Revolution of 1911,the establishment of the first Central Supervision Committee,and the August 7th Conference.At the same time,there are historical sites such as the Xinhai Revolutionary Memorial Hall,the site of the Fifth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Mao Zedong Peasant Movement Workshop,and the site of the August 7th Conference.Enriching the historical resources of clean and clean culture provides the reference basis of historical value for the construction of clean and clean culture in Wuhan.Under the new situation of the new era,the construction of urban clean government culture is particularly important in the field of party construction.Especially under the strategic plan of the strict governance party,the construction of clean government culture is the only way to achieve "cultural anti-corruption".The scope of this study is divided into three levels: the overall level of urban development paths for urban cultural construction.From the management level of the municipal government,the study on the construction of urban clean government culture is conducive to the improvement of the municipal government clean government culture construction system;At the grass-roots level,through the unique regional cultural development mode,we will create new models for promoting urban integrity culture,promote the integration of different elements of urban integrity culture,and strengthen the compatibility between urban integrity culture and socialist integrity culture with Chinese characteristics.Consolidating the symbiotic relationship between the urban integrity culture and the traditional Chinese culture,and forming a self-perfect cultural system.This article analyzes and studies the construction of clean government culture in Wuhan city,first from the perspective of clean government culture theory,and mainly combs out the classic clean government culture proposed in the process from the development of traditional clean government culture to the socialist clean government culture with Chinese characteristics.It further expounds the strategic layout of the construction of clean government culture in the process of comprehensive development in China’s political,economic,cultural,and social fields under the actual circumstances,and the particularity of the construction of clean government culture as a strategic layout.By analyzing the typical cases in Wuhan,we conclude that Wuhan is the characteristic of the construction of clean government culture.Through the analysis of the problems in the construction of clean and clean culture,the root causes of the problems are analyzed.According to the basic situation and characteristics of the construction of clean government culture in Wuhan city,the cultural elements of the subject are extracted theoretically,and the development laws are summarized.By comparing with the excellent methods of clean government culture construction at home and abroad,the development characteristics of clean government culture construction in Wuhan are analyzed.Finally,it attempts to organize the construction of clean government culture in Wuhan into an academic model to simulate the future development direction of clean government culture construction in Wuhan.
