Research On The Role Of Multi-actor Interaction In The Insitutionalization Of The Concept Of National Self-determination

With China’s growing national strength and rising international status,China needs to address how to match its national strength with international capacity in the process of participating in global governance.How to enhance China’s initiative and discourse power in the formulation and operation of the international system has become a urgent problem to be solved for the current theoretical and practical departments.From the development history of modern and contemporary international system and law,we could find that the formation of those systems and principles benefits by the joint efforts of various forces.Among them,the great powers and interaction of multi-actor play a crucial role.For this reason,this paper will discuss the interaction,influence and feature of the multi-actor interaction by donging research on the concept of institutionalization tools From that,we could find the function of multi-actor interaction in promoting the formation of international system to provide historical experience and theoretical innovation materials for China and the international community to jointly promote the formation of global governance.There are two research innovation in the paper.The one is the angle of innovation,research on self-determination,previous scholars mostly focused on restoring the historical process itself.But,this paper takes a new perspective,re-examining the international legalization of the national self-determination to sum up the rules.The second is the innovation of ideas.Through the methods of historical research,classification research and comparative research,this paper analyzes the interaction of multi-actor in the process of institutionalization of the national self-determination,discovering that the extensive participation and the important role of the great powers in the formation of an international system,besides the the rising and defending countries play different roles in the process that the national self-determination transformation from a political thought to the principles of international law because of their different international status.At the same time,the paper proposes that the interaction of multi-actor accelerate the formation of common cognition and accelerating the legislative process of international law.The first three chapters of this paper respectively discuss the interactive participation of multi-actor in different stages of the institutionalization of national self-determination.The last chapter is the theoretical summary part,analyzing the function and characteristics of multi-actor interaction in the institutionalization of national self-determination.
