Research On Smart Community Policing In The Era Of Internet Plus

The in-depth and rapid development of Internet technology has profoundly changed all aspects of economic and social life and government management services.The era of "Internet plus" has arrived.With the development of the new generation of information technology,the development of public security information technology has entered a new stage,and the “smart police service” supported by the new generation of information technology has rapidly emerged and developed rapidly.After years of implementing the community policing strategy,the construction of community policing in China has taken shape.In the new era,the task of strengthening and improving the urban and rural governance structure is more important and urgent,and the importance of community policing construction in China is increasing.In this macro-background,the construction of smart community policing has become possible.In recent years,public security organs at all levels have conducted some beneficial practices and explorations around the construction of smart community policing,and achieved certain results.Theoretically,this research is the first systematic analysis of the two major subjects of smart policing and community policing.In practice,this research is practice-oriented and focuses on the main practical practices in the current construction of smart community policing and points out the main deficiencies in the existing practices,which has certain practical significance.In this background and significance,this paper relies on the holistic governance theory and network governance theory as the theoretical support,and explores the problems in the construction process of smart community policing in the “Internet plus” era and proposes corresponding countermeasures through literature research method,comprehensive induction method and investigation method.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the research background,research significance,research methods,research ideas,structure and related literature review;The second part introduces the basic concepts and theoretical basis related to the construction of smart community policing.The third part is the existing problems in the construction of smart community policing,namely the information vacancy caused by the diversification,fluidity and fragmentation of information.The lack of means caused by the constant generalization of community policing work,the intensification of risk factors and the weakening of police-public relations;The lack of resources caused by insufficient police force allocation,serious duplication of police force and insufficient full-time police force;The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions on the three aspects of innovative information collection,storage and utilization mode,innovative police work mode and innovative mining police resources.The fifth part is a new reflection on the possible problems in the process of building smart community policing in the future.
