Study On Public Security Prevention And Control Of Burglary In Haidian District Of Beijing

Public security prevention and control of burglary is an important part of urban security,which is related to people's personal and property security.Although the government,the community and the residents have taken some measures to deal with the burglary,the burglary crime is also "upgrading" and still shows a high incidence.Different regions have different humanities and social environment.As a social phenomenon,burglary crime and its prevention and control also exist differences among different regions.Therefore,combined with the regional attributes of Haidian District in Beijing,the prevention and control of burglary crime is studied,which is conducive to providing a useful reference for the prevention and control of burglary crime in Haidian District and other areas in China.The crime of burglary seriously affects the stability of public order in Haidian District of Beijing.After many efforts,Haidian District has achieved some results in the prevention and control of burglary crime,but the situation is still not optimistic.It is still necessary to conduct in-depth research on the prevention and control of burglary crime in Haidian District.According to the difference of entrance and exit,the burglary crime in Haidian District of Beijing can be divided into two types: window-invading and door-invading.The window-invading burglary crime can be further divided into low-level and high-level burglary by drilling windows.The door-invading burglary crime can be divided into technology-unlocking,slipping and prying into rooms.The crime of burglary in Haidian District of Beijing has obvious characteristics in four aspects: the main place of occurrence,the people who commit the crime,the means of committing the crime and the stolen property.This article will analyze the reasons for the high incidence of burglary in Haidian District,and put forward targeted prevention and control measures in combination with the actual situation of Haidian District.The purpose of this paper is to make a detailed analysis of the burglary crime in Haidian District of Beijing,so as to enhance the understanding of the burglary crime of residents and communities,strengthen the prevention ability of residents' individuals and communities,change the working ideas of public security organs in Haidian District,and propose to improve the laws and regulations related to combating burglary crime,so as to prevent burglary crime.To form a situation in which individual residents and community are the main body,community and public security organs work together and take laws and regulations as safeguards,strengthen the prevention and control of burglary in Haidian District,and bring enlightenment to the prevention and control of burglary in other areas.
