With the continuous development of urban construction,subway as a public transport is more and more important in people's social life.Subway enriches people's choice of travel tools,soothes crowded ground transportation,and brings great convenience to people.However,for the people who travel by subway,the sexual harassment of subway has brought the hidden danger of safety.Unlike sexual harassment in other environments,subway sexual harassment has its own characteristics,it include that most of the objects of sexual harassment in subway are strangers,the behavior is concealed and random,and there are obvious seasons and periods of occurrence.After synthesizing the actual cases and the results of the questionnaire,we can make clear the cognition of sexual harassment in subway and the possible harm,and discuss the difficult position of sexual harassment management.It includes vague constitution standard of sexual harassment in subway,difficult proof of sexual harassment,weak legal maneuverability at present,and insufficient function of subway operation department to prevent sexual harassment,etc.Some countries like the United States and Japan have relatively mature experience in governing rational harassment.These mature experiences mainly include increasing the illegal cost of sexual harassment,carrying out specific governance projects and advocating voluntary activities and so on.In view of the existing problems,it is necessary to construct the anti-sexual harassment legal system,perfect the punishment system of sexual harassment,and strengthen the responsibility of the subway operation department and other measures.Only in this way,we can effectively solve this problems.Subway sexual harassment will not completely disappear for a period of time,the relevant treatment measures need to be tested in practice.However,we should believes that with the improvement of personal quality and the effective implementation of targeted governance measures and the formation of the social anti-sexual harassment atmosphere,subway sexual harassment management process of the plight will also be solved one by one.Sexual harassers will receive the punishment they deserve,and the rights of the harassed will be better protected.The environment of the subway will also develop in a better direction.It is hoped that this paper can contribute to the elimination of sexual harassment in subway,give the masses a contribution to the subway ride sense of security,for maintaining a good public order in subway space,for the harmonious and stable social order of public order.
