Construction And Research Of Intelligent Command And Dispatching System For Urban Comprehensive Emergency

A safe urban environment,practical emergency measures and response plans are the basis for national security and stability,stable urban development,and people’s livelihood.Efficient and unified urban emergency response technology is the practical need and urgent appeal for ensuring urban security.Based on the needs of urban comprehensive emergency response,this dissertation conducts in-depth research and analysis on more than 100 departments in a county in Zhejiang Province,a county in Lishui City,and a city in Henan Province,based on the fact that each department handles emergencies according to its own status.The lack of integrated coordination and dispatching status has designed an intelligent command and dispatch system for urban comprehensive emergency,which is different from the professional emergency command of various departments.It uses visual emergency command,integrated communication,predictive warning and intelligent assistant decision-making to design visual command and dispatch.The platform,the converged communication platform,the mobile emergency platform,etc.,led the team to build an intelligent command and dispatch system that completes the whole domain integration,realizes the connection of the IOT device,monitoring and monitoring alarm,emergency response process disposal,intelligent disposal plan,and auxiliary intelligence judgment.,flat command and dispatch.At the same time,the project combines a smart city emergency command project in southern China to complete the construction of the city’s comprehensive emergency command intelligent command and dispatch system on the project.Through analysis of the division of functions of various government departments and the study of the city’s comprehensive emergency command and disposal process,after many government departments The emergency drills fully and effectively integrate the urban comprehensive emergency intelligent command and dispatch system with the emergency reality needs,prove the validity and advancement of the research results of this dissertation,and improve the rapid response ability and scientific decision-making level in response to public emergencies.
