With the continuous development of the domestic economy,building a well-off society in an all-round way has also entered a difficult stage.In this process,in addition to meeting people’s material and cultural needs,it is also particularly important to better serve the people and build a service-oriented government.Therefore,the Report of the nineteen Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that we should change the functions of the government,deepen the decentralization of government,innovate the mode of supervision,strengthen the government’s credibility and execution,and build a service-oriented government with the satisfaction of the people.The popularity of the Internet and mobile Internet has made the Internet an important channel for people to express their demands for the government and even solve conflicts.Under this background,this paper takes the network public opinion demand of Jinpu,Dalian new area as the research object,and probes into the existing problems in the process of the public opinion appeal of Jinpu,Dalian new area under the perspective of electronic government,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions on this basis.This study is of great practical significance for the government to improve the channel of expressing the public opinion,to improve the efficiency of the people’s appeal and to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the masses,and to provide a certain theoretical reference for the construction of a service-oriented government.In the course of the study,many research methods have been applied,including literature research,field investigation,comparative analysis and questionnaire.This article first describes the background and significance of the research,and then introduces the research situation at home and abroad.Then,the article discusses the related concepts and theories,and after a brief introduction of the concept of e-government and network public opinion,the article focuses on the SWOT analysis method.The third part of the article is the analysis of the network public opinion demand in Jinpu,Dalian new area.After discussing the characteristics of the network public opinion,this part combines the results of the questionnaire survey to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the network public opinion appeal in the new area of Jin Pu in detail.On this basis,the fourth part of the article analyzes the problems and reasons of the network public opinion demand in Jinpu,Dalian new area.The article believes that the lack of network public opinion appeal,the system of network appeal is imperfect,the expression platform is single,the efficiency of the public opinion expression is not high and the response rate of the network public opinion appeal is low is the main reasons for the public opinion demand in the new area network.Then,the article uses the causality analysis to conclude that the main reasons for the above problems include the deep-rooted expression of the traditional public opinion appeal,the single electronic government service channel,the lack of electronic government service professionals and the electronic government affairs.The level of service is short.The fifth part of the article is the research conclusion and the countermeasures and suggestions.In view of the network public opinion demand in Jinpu,Dalian new area,the article puts forward four policy suggestions,which are to increase the publicity of the network expression of public opinion,to diversify the channels of e-government services,to increase the introduction of the talents of e-government and to improve the strength of the training and to improve the E-government suit.Level of service.
