The Reseach On The Innovation Of Local Governmental Administration In Regional Transportation Integration

Under the background of comprehensively deepening reforms,local governments everywhere are carrying out various degrees of functional innovation and structural reforms.The attempt of the “Tourism Channel” conducted by the Taizhou Channel Department fully reflects the unremitting exploration on administrational innovation.On the basis of systematically reviewing the research and theories related to the innovation of government functions,the author analyzes the problems and challenges faced by regional transportation integration in the development of Tourism Channel from the perspective of improving public services,and discusses how local governments can achieve regional transportation integration.The purpose is to promote the sharing of resources,improve the efficiency of travel environment and traffic operation and promote the integration of urban and rural tourism resources under the overall framework of urban design.So that cities can form an agglomeration effect through the cascade effect of traffic integration,and promote economic development.The introduction and the first two chapters are the basis of the study,which put forward the research background and direction of the thesis.Afterwards,aiming at specific examples of functional innovation of the tourism channel,from the perspective of government functions,the author analyzes the responsibilities and functions of the local government in the process of transportation integration,and explores its role in regional transportation in terms of local government function allocation,deepening integration and optimizing public services.In the past,most of the analysis of regional transportation integration was focused on the macro level,and the microanalysis was insufficient.The author uses a specific example of administrational innovation to carry out theoretical and practical double dimensional argumentation analysis to explore the path and countermeasures of functional innovation to promote waterfront culture,advance regional transportation integration,and seek new path and experience of development in transportation development and regional transportation integration.
