| Civil servants,as the main force of overall management of economy,the social order and national public resources,play a key role in national economic and social life by practicing and maintaining state power,implementing and enforcing national laws and regulations.As the lowest and largest group in the civil servants,the grassroots civil servants have always been the direct participants,practitioners and implementers of the various policies of the state in the political,economic,cultural and social,etc.They play an important basic role in the whole civil servants and maintaining the normal operation of the whole society.They are the main force of social management.With the in-depth research of domestic and foreign scholars on civil servants,especially the sub-groups of grassroots civil servants,it is found that their working conditions is not good in recent years,their subjective satisfaction of the work is not high,that means,the sense of vocational happiness is not high.Psychological research shows that people’s subjective satisfaction can greatly affect their work efficiency and results.As grassroots civil servants who contact with the people directly and engage in the most basic work,their vocational happiness is not only directly related to their work attitude and efficiency,but also affects the normal operation of all social management,and even affects the happiness life of the broad masses of the people.Therefore,in-depth research of what factors will affect their vocational happiness ? How to improve their vocational happiness? Such problems are particularly important.Through combing the domestic and foreign research results,this paper chooses the official civil servants of Chengguan District,Lanzhou City,Gansu Province as the research object,mainly aiming at the measurement of the subjective vocational happiness of the grassroots civil servants in their work.The research content is divided into five parts.The first part is the background of the research,the significance of the research,the domestic and foreign research situation,the specific content of the research and how to carry out the research;The second part defines the relevant concepts and explains,and takes demographic variables as the influencing factors of vocational happiness to participate in theoretical analysis and empirical research.The third part through the pre-interview and pre-questionnaire,the influencing factors of regional grassroots civil servants’ vocational happiness were constructed,including dimension identification,scale design(using Likert 5 scale),exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,theoretical hypothesis and measurement model construction,etc.The fourth part carries on the concrete empirical measurement,including the descriptive statistical analysis,the regression analysis and the demographic variable influence analysis,and draws the main conclusions;The fifth part putsforward the relevant policy suggestions under different dimensions according to the research results.The main research methods are literature review,interview,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis with SPSS,AMOS and other software.Through the study,it is found that the influencing factors of the vocational happiness of the grassroots civil servants in the study area can be divided into five dimensions: personal level,family level,political environment,working environment and social evaluation.Among the life ideal,career planning,family support,anti-corruption,salary and welfare,career promotion,performance appraisal,social status and other are positively correlated with vocational happiness,while conflict between work and family,work stress factors are negatively correlated with vocational happiness.On the basis of this,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the vocational happiness of regional civil servants.Such as carrying out the concurrent system of post and rank,effectively increasing the treatment of the grassroots civil servants,establishing a harmonious organ culture,setting up correct happiness and values,implementing the vacation system,etc.By establishing a model of influencing factors of the grassroots civil servants’ vocational happiness and measuring their subjective vocational happiness,this paper puts forward concrete suggestions and methods to improve and enhance their vocational happiness on the basis of data analysis.Both the starting point and the end point are to enhance the sense of belonging,identity,work attitude and efficiency of the civil servants at the grassroots level,so the aim is achieve a good vision of improving the work efficiency and the people’s satisfaction in the public sector. |
