It can effectively improve the living conditions and social integration of the disabled, share the achievements of social achievements. As vulnerable groups of society, the disabled suffer the rejection of concept, system and resources. They cannot obtain employment smoothly like others. According to investigate, the national disabled person’s employment rate remained at around 45% at present.Seeing from the angle of the social inclusion, the theory of social exclusion and social support were considered in this article. The author is specification of research target key with Changzhou. Collecting data from the 2012 census of Changzhou city disabled and understanding the basic situation. The research took literature and empirical research as the method of combining. In this article, the comprehensive and systematic study was used in depth for the employment policies of the disabled, including the proportion of employment, sheltered employment, flexible employment. And the method of typical investigation was combined with interview. Through these, We can knowing how to construct social inclusion surroundings. Based on the analysis, there are some problems like the number of welfare enterprises and sheltered workshops are reduced, fewer people are in work, and the pioneering consciousness still remains to rise. So some policy proposals for the disabled employment are given. The government should improve one’s human capital and expand employment, encourage and support private groups. |
