The grassroots party organizations in ethnic minority areas are the basis of the work and combat effectiveness of the Communist Party of China in the countryside.It is the battle fortress that unite and lead the masses of ethnic minority areas and implement the Party's line of principles and policies.During the past 40 years since the reform and opening up policy,the social and economic in the rural minority areas have undergone enormous changes,but it is limited by the special geographical environment and the complex historical customs traditions,and arise more complex issue,such as grass-roots democracy has been weakened,economic development is uneven,ethnic problems highlighted,religious conflicts have occurred etc,the urgent need for ethnic minority areas of grassroots party organizations play a more important role in the face of this problem.In this paper,take Gansu Province Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture(hereinafter referred to as Linxia)rural grassroots party organizations for example,through the in-depth Linxia rural grassroots party organizations to carry out special investigation and analysis achieved that in the western rural minority settlements in the process of economic and social development,but also to recognize the ethnic minority areas of rural grassroots party organizations are different from the general grassroots party organizations unique Of the personality(ie its particularity).In the process of building the rural grassroots party organizations in the ethnic minority areas,it is necessary not only to realize the special religious factors of the ethnic minorities,but also to consider the influence of the customs and habits,and to explore the new situation of the ethnic minorities in the rural areas.The problems brought by the development of the work of individualization and its countermeasures,and thus effectively improve the effectiveness of the grassroots party organizations in ethnic minority areas.The author selected the four towns under the jurisdiction of Linxia,two communities,16 village committees,the use of scientific sociological survey methods,the use of questionnaires and interviews in the form of a combination of a large number of Linxia rural grassroots party building documents And the data,based on the analysis of existing data and literature,the use of disciplines to understand the practice of ethnic minority rural grassroots party building and its summary and analysis.On the basis of summarizing the experience of the rural grassroots party building practice in Linxia,this paper analyzes the existing problems and actively explores the countermeasures to further strengthen and improve the rural grassroots party building in the ethnic minority areas in Linxia,and then obtain the inspiration from the grassroots party construction in the ethnic minority areas.This paper introduces the background of the project research and the significance of the research,and summarizes some important literatures and works on grassroots party building,especially ethnic minority areas,and puts forward the research ideas of the thesis.The second chapter provides the theoretical basis for the grassroots party construction in the ethnic minority areas by combing and summarizing the theory of the Party and the Party at the grassroots level and the party's thought on the grassroots party building formed by the party in the construction practice of the grassroots party organizations for more than 90 years.The third chapter focuses on the basic situation of Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture and the general situation of Linxia grassroots party building,and makes a statistical analysis of the questionnaire and interview.Chapter 4 Methods and Innovations.Summarizes the main achievements of the rural grassroots party building in the ethnic minority areas in Linxia,and explores the causes of the problems and the factors that affect the rural grassroots party building.The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen and improve the construction of rural party in Linxia in the rural areas of Linxia.In the sixth chapter,through the study of the practice of rural grassroots party in Linxia countryside,this paper puts forward that,based on the development of economy as the foundation,the national unity as the cornerstone,the training of national cadres as the starting point,To support the national culture,to system construction to protect the five aspects to effectively strengthen and innovate the ethnic minority areas of rural grassroots party building new ideas.
