Research On Public Security Information Management Optimization In The Background Of Big Data

The word “big data” has become a hot vocabulary since 2012.The data has infiltrated almost every field in every industry and has become an indispensable production factor.As the technology of computer,network and communication developed and applicated,the state has gradually promoted the day-to-day work of the information management government and gradually developed a new sub-discipline of public administration—“e-government”.Its purpose is to improve the government.The public management work model establishes a harmonious relationship between the government and the public,effectively improves the quality of public services and enhances public participation.The construction of public security informatization is also based on "e-government affairs," and it has achieved "triple jump" from scratch,from small to large,and from weak to strong.This is also one of the important results of the strong science and technology police in the past decade.Public security agencies are an important part of the government.In recent years,under the unified deployment of the Ministry of Public Security,according to the national e-government development strategy,the public security informationization construction has flourished.Information technology will further become an importantIV engine for promoting economic growth and the application of knowledge dissemination.Through the implementation of the “Golden Shield Project”,the overall framework of public information informatization has been initially established,which has played a positive and active role to a certain extent.However,with the further development of society,the concept of “policy decision-making based on modern policing model information,precision information strike,leading information security,and information management services” has entered the people’s line of sight and has become an important part of public security informationization.In 2011,the "Twelve Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China" put forward the "Implementation and Application of Internet of Things".With the sharing of information resources,mutual connections,and interoperability as the starting point,we will accelerate the development of national e-government and other informatization,and overall improve the government’s role in serving the public and society.This indicates that the Chinese government’s informatization construction ideas have gradually been in line with international standards.The social security environment is more complicated and changeable under the conditions of rapid informationization,and criminal methods have become increasingly specialized,technological,and intelligent.For public security work,it is necessary to actively collect information and make impartial analysis and reasonable use of it.At the same time,we must grasp the pulse of contemporary social order and prevent,attack,and control criminal activities.Therefore,strengthening the management of public security information has a very important significance in cracking down on all types of illegal and criminal activities,improving the ability to drive public security in an integrated manner,and achieving sustainable development of public security work.In this paper,we have learned a great deal of literature to understand the research results of the scholars.Based on this,we have elaborated on the concept of big data,informatization,and public security informatization.We also discuss the government information management theory,Internet management theory,and big data.The theory of public security information management in the era was introduced;based on the analysis of the general situation and characteristics ofChina’s public security information management,the practice of public security information management in Jiaxing City was further analyzed,and the development history was briefly outlined.The measures for public security information management were analyzed and obtained.The corresponding achievements;then a detailed analysis of the problems and causes faced by Jiaxing Public Security Information Management,through the practice of the United States and Israel’s policing information management practices and experience for reference proposed to improve the big data background Jiaxing City Public Security Information Management Countermeasures.
