Research On The Basic Information Construction Of Public Security Of Jining City,Shandong Province

At present, in the construction of a socialist harmonious society, a major strategic task, information technology construction has become an important part, which includes the extensive application of information technology,an attempt to build a conservation-minded society by means of popularizing E-government and E-business,and to create a healthy digital culture for the harmonious development of science and technology, network and advanced culture.In this sense,to strengthen the information construction of public security is not only an important task of the public security organs in the creation of a harmonious society, but also it is the fundamental approach to building a modern police mechanism while saving police costs, as well as improving working efficiency and the police officer quality,therefore to change the control mode of traditional society and set up a more harmonious information control mode. This paper intends to focus on the basic application of information technology in public security. Based on the concepts and relevant theories of government information management,it makes a research on the current situation, the achievements and the defects of it as well as how to keep on deepening the basic information work, so as to further clarify the direction of the basic information technology efforts.In this thesis, the author first explains the concepts and relevant issues of information, government informatization and basic application of information technology in public security and makes a comprehensive analysis of the necessity to strengthen the basic information construction of public security. Then the author takes as an example the basic information construction of public security of Ji’ning city in Shandong province to analyse its construction path and figure out its problems and defects based on the current work on the basic information construction of public security. At last, ideas on how to deepen basic application of information technology is put forward so that it will be clear what efforts should be focus on.The innovation of this thesis lies in the following aspects: it clarifies the theoretical basis of strengthening the basic information construction of public security under the current "big data" social conditions from the perspective of government information management in the field of public administration, and provide theoretical support for promoting basic application of information technology in public security in an academic point of view. At the same time, it uses a large number of empirical analysis to provide a number of vivid examples for the arguments. Meanwhile, it demonstrates the fruitful results in using current information technology to lead the modernization of public security work.
