| With the rapid development of science and technology,artificial intelligence(AI)has gradually realized the real application in many fields.When humans applied artificial intelligence technology to the field of creation,artificial intelligence generated content was born.In recent years,the quality of artificial intelligence generated content has been greatly improved,and the gap with human works has gradually decreased.The copyright law has apparently lagged behind the development of technology.If we do not believe that artificial intelligence generated content can be protected by copyright law,more and more such content will eventually lead to the retrogression of human social civilization.But at the same time,this problem requires long-term and continuous research and cannot be concluded in a short time.There is not much time left for humans.Regrettably,the law has not been able to effectively solve this problem.There is still controversy among different scholars,and research on this issue has just begun.Therefore,comprehensive and in-depth research is the key to solving this century’s problems.In order to solve the copyright problem of artificial intelligence generated content,this thesis starts with the concept of artificial intelligence generated content,and analyzes the legislative,judicial and economic aspects of artificial intelligence generated content to obtain copyright protection on the basis of clarifying the scope of research objects.Under the premise of clarifying its necessity and rationality,the author uses "originality" as the starting point to demonstrate the work ability of artificial intelligence generated content,and proposes to give copyright to the owner of artificial intelligence,combining the dual considerations of theory and reality.Finally,in view of the special regulations on the content generated by artificial intelligence,this thesis puts forward three specific suggestions: “establishing differentiated protection different from human works”,“establishing exclusive copyright registration system” and “constructing the responsibility mechanism o the unified responsibility and responsibility”. |
