Research On Copyright Protection Of Content Generated By Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence is the most cutting-edge topic in the field of science and technology today,Artificial Intelligence covers a wide range from making it deeply affect or change people's lives in multiple fields.With the emergence of a large number of content generated by Artificial Intelligence,it has triggered a discussion on whether the content generated by Artificial Intelligence should be included in the protection system of copyright law and how to protect related issues.The thesis is analyzed from the following five parts:The first part of the introduction focuses on the research background and significance of the copyright protection of the content generated by Artificial Intelligence as well as the relevant discussions in the domestic academic circle.The second part is the definition of the research object.On the basis of defining the specific connotation and characteristics of the generated content of Artificial Intelligence,this paper focuses on the core issues that the content generated by Artificial Intelligence should be included in the protection of copyright law and discusses these issues one by one.The third part focuses on the analysis of the legitimacy of the content generated by Artificial Intelligence should be protected by the copyright law.This paper discusses the reasons why the content generated by Artificial Intelligence will inevitably become the object of copyright law from the perspective of practical needs and legal basis.The fourth part discusses that the content generated by Artificial Intelligence cannot be protected by copyright as a work in copyright law.On the basis of analyzing the specific provisions and requirements of originality in copyright law system countries,copyright law system countries and China's copyright law,this paper analyzes the reality that the content generated by Artificial Intelligence cannot constitute a work from multiple aspects.The fifth part,based on the existing institutional basis,puts forward the proposal of using the newly established right of adjacency to protect the generated content of artificial Artificial Intelligence,and designs the more controversial part of the ownership of the rights,so as to complete the whole discussion of the copyright law protection of the generated content of Artificial Intelligence.
