Strong youth entails strong country,minors are the future builders of our country,juvenile crime prevention connects to the hope and future of our nation.The family is the first and most important place in the process of peope’s socialization,which has the direct influence on the juvenile crime.Therefore,to analyze and explore the causes of juvenile delinquency and seek the countermeasures to prevent Juvenile crime,it is necessary to analyze the family environment of the juvenile delinquent.The main factors of it’s family are lack of supervision and unsuited upbringing way.However,the family environment is an organic system which every factors are interwoven and interacting.Every factor within the family are interact with each other and minor crime is the joint effect of various factors results.parents educational background has close a connect with their occupation,income and living environment;Although there is no direct causal relationship between parents’ education level,income and juvenile delinquency,it will have a series of effects on the ambient environment of the family,children’s studies,and parental education methods,which will effect on juvenile delinquency.The incomplete family structure and the inharmonious relationship between parents will have a negative impact on the family’s economic status,the formation and development of children’s personality,and the parent-child relationship,which will lead to undesirable behaviors and interpersonal communication of minor,which will lead to the consequence of Juvenile delinquency.
