The government hall is a powerful platform for providing public services,as well as a model innovation.It is an important part of building a service-oriented government.After more than 20 years of construction and development,China's government affairs halls have followed the trend of building a "service-oriented government",gradually formed a government management service model that is suitable to the National conditions,provided the public with a convenient way to communicate directly with the government,and reduced administrative costs.As a new type of service organization,the government hall can be regarded as an important front for government reform.Although it has conducted fruitful exploration in some aspects,it is clear from the current situation.In the course of practice,a series of new problems have emerged in the government hall to be solved.This paper takes Yan 'an city government hall as the research object and studies the service quality of Yan' an city government hall from the perspective of new public service theory.First of all,by summarizing and collating the works,papers and periodicals published by scholars at home and abroad on the subject of the government affairs hall,this paper summarizes the definition of the government affairs hall and analyzes the theoretical basis and significance of the government affairs hall.Then it reviews the development history of the government affairs hall in China,and in the light of the actual situation of the government affairs hall in Yan 'an City,comprehensively discusses the achievements made by the government affairs hall in terms of separation and allocation mechanism,improvement of various management systems,innovation of working methods,and optimization of supervision mechanisms.Gave Yan 'an City Government Hall a certain recognition.However,due to the relatively short running time of the Yan 'an City Government Hall,according to my online and offline investigation and research,it was found that there are a series of problems in the Yan' an CityGovernment Hall in terms of infrastructure,administrative approval,staff service capabilities,e-government,and supervision methods.In order to further improve the service quality of Yan 'an City's government affairs hall,in response to the problems found,I have summarized and analyzed the online questionnaire and paper questionnaire.It is concluded that the problems of service quality in the government hall of Yan 'an city are affected by such factors as vague legal status,poor management system,weak staff service ability,lack of incentive mechanism,low public participation,low level of informatization,unbalanced supervision methods and acquaintance economy.Finally,combined with the special geographical environment of Yan 'an City,I am concerned about the problems in the service quality of the Yan' an City Government Hall and draw on the excellent experience of other regions.It has put forward measures to clarify the legal status,rationalize the management system,transform the service model,fill loopholes in the mechanism,strengthen government openness,promote the construction of e-government,improve multiple supervision mechanisms,and crack down on the economy of acquaintances.In order to provide some reference for other government halls of the same type.
