Text Analysis Of China Pilot Free Trade Zone Financial System (2013-2018)

The establishment of pilot free trade zones is a major strategic deployment of China's open development.In recent years,China has made important contributions to economic development in trade and investment,financial development and other aspects.China's pilot free trade zones not only have the general attributes of international free trade zones,but also have their own unique characteristics and operation rules under the influence of national history,development level and other factors.China's pilot free trade zones are positioned to facilitate cross-border trade and investment and financing,and at the same time pay more attention to development,opening and construction.Based on this,a series of free trade zones with Chinese characteristics are constructed.Since the launch of China(Shanghai)pilot free trade zone in September 2013,China has successively established 12 pilot free trade zones,and further started to explore the construction of free trade ports.This marks the steady progress of domestic reform pilots in a larger scope,and China is opening up to the outside world with a more positive attitude.Based on free trade area in our country financial system as the research object,through to between 2013 and 2018,the National People's Congress and the standing committee,and ministries under the state council and local people's congress,government and the department of the financial industry,to adjust the free trade area of policy text adopt a variety of analysis methods,so as to analyze free trade area in our country financial system.Article USES the method of text analysis in the form of statistics in the quantitative research analysis financial regulatory documents of the free trade area in our country,mainly adopts the typed analysis,content analysis and frequency analysis approach for the analysis of three kinds of concrete,discovered the free trade area in our country financial system overall present rich contents and forms of the normative documents,slightly less rational policy tools used,and an effective response to the financial industry development problem such as part of the requirements.In view of the problems found in this study,this paper puts forward corresponding policy Suggestions in three aspects: formulating high-level documents,strengthening policy operability and reasonably using policy tools.
