A Study On Domestic Cyber Terrorism Prevention And Control In The Era Of Big Data

In the era of big data,with the popularization of the Internet and further development of information technology,terrorist organizations are found to be permeating in the virtual cyber world.They are engaged in illegal activities such as terrorist propaganda,recruiting,funding raising,secret liaison and hacker attack,giving rise to a new type of terrorism—cyber terrorism,which is of greater harm and destruction than traditional terrorism.,cyber terrorism has become a threat to the whole international community,which draws worldwide attention.In this kind of occasion,it has become an important subject for our country and even the whole world to study cyber terrorism prevention and control strategies,a matter that goes beyond traditional security realm.The paper consists of five parts.The first part is about some core concepts in cyber terrorism studies.The second part deals with the background,properties and forms of cyber terrorism.The third part talks about the status quo and tendency of domestic cyber terrorism in big data era.The fourth part analyses the problems existing in cyber terrorism prevention and control.In the fifth part,the author,based on the analysis of the status quo and referring to global advanced practices,puts forward some practical prevention and control strategies,such as the use of big data thought and technology,perfection of laws,source governance,policeenterprises cooperation,technological innovations,international cooperation,talents reserve and training as well civic consciousness enhancement.
