Research On The Coping Mechanism Of Public Opinion About Police Over Internet In The New Period

Mobile suffering have brought great convenience with the continuous development of Internet and mobile communications technology,which lead to the number of netizens in China and the per capita online time increased dramatically and the enthusiasm of public to pass comment on Internet also increased.Because of public pay high focus on public security organizations and handling actions of policeman,as well as the influence polices have make in social and public safety incidents,the effect------coping with public opinion about police over Internet,directly affects the work efficiency and the positive image of public security organs,which has become an vital issue for public security organs to study in depth.This paper mainly apply litetature research and case study method.The first part introduces the background and significance of public opinion about police over Internet,summarizes the research status at home and abroad.The second part,start with the meaning of public opinion,defines the concept of network public opinion and analyses its main characteristics.On this basis,analysing the meaning,scope and the unique characteristics of it.The third part,analyses and expounds the typical cases which affecting public opinions in recent years,illustrates the existing problems and its reasons in method of coping with opinions through examples;The fourth part proposed countermeasures and suggestions ofthe situation in five aspects:strengtheniting early warning mechanism,improving coping mechanism,adhere to handling cases according to law,attaching importance to public opinion guidance and focusing on team building.The response of public opinion is an integral work,which must be carried out simultaneously by various measures and departments.In the terms of early waming mechdanism,public security organs need to further strengthen the online guidance and control mechdanism which used to avoid the occurrence of incidents,at the same time,strengthen the application of big data technology in public opinion monitoring.There are two measures to improve the response mechanism of public opinion improving the synthetic combat mechanism between superiors and subordinates of public security organs and various police categories,perfecting the depth cooperation mechanism between other government deparments and key media websites.Handling cases with standardizing behavior and scientific decision-making which according to lawin the term of guidance of public opinion,we should responding to netizens positively and increase positive propaganda efforts;finally,we should pay attention to training professional teams and personnel,enforce on supervision,inspection and accourtability,take the team building as aguarantee to cope with public opinion about police over Internet.
