Study On The Public Satisfaction Of Civilian Complain Service In G Area Of Dalian

The integration of citizen appeal service institutions based on public service orientation is an important measure to transform government functions,meet people's needs,improve service efficiency and accelerate social development.As the leading demonstration area of urbanization in Dalian,area G plays an important role in the overall planning of Dalian city.Since the establishment of the citizen appeal service center,the district committee and the district government have attached great importance to the citizen appeal service,which has entered a new stage.However,at present,there is no systematic investigation by G district government departments to analyze how satisfied the public of G district is with the service work demanded by citizens,and the research on this issue is still blank.Therefore,in this paper,the citizen demands in-depth investigation and analysis of service satisfaction,carding citizens appeal service current situation,the deep-seated problems revealed by recognizing the workplace,and puts forward Suggestions for the targeted and operability.First of all,this paper USES interview survey method to design the interview outline of public satisfaction of government appeal service in G district.At the same time,the questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the public satisfaction of G district government's appeal service.Second,by the results of the survey analysis,summarizes G district government claims service work present situation,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and SPSS 18.0 software to deal effectively with the questionnaire data,draw a G district government claims service public satisfaction score is 3.5117,in the medium level.In this paper,the study found that G district government demands work services exist in the system is imperfect,appeal to deal with low efficiency,complaints and Suggestions type who appeal divided not clear,low participation of problems to deal with the results evaluation.Finally,this article from a sound civil appeal service operation system,build unified platform,to reduce the appeal absolute value and standard service system,set up a full range of service supervision mechanism,etc,put forward countermeasure Suggestions to perfect the G district government demands service work.
