A Subway Communication Problems And Countermeasures Research In The Process Of Land Expropriation

At present,with the rapid economic development in our country,the construction land increased year by year,coupled with the growing of the market economy consciousness and the concept of legal system,it makes our country work to carry out the various problems of land expropriation,eventually leads to frequent social contradictions.Link of the land job is much and complicated and it leads to the examination and approval formalities trivial,and it involves many levels of government departments and the general public,so the land acquisition work is a work for a long time.In order to speed up the engineering work of land requisition and relieve the contradictions of possible disputes,it is necessary to research the inductive method for land requisition system and improve the land acquisition staff communication strategy at the same time.This thesis mainly uses the method of case study.It studies the requisition of A subway system as a research object and compares performance of the two land acquisition team.It does analysis the problem which resulted that A subway project land acquisition work progress is slow and a little success applying the theory of management communication,thus summed up the land acquisition staff on A subway project land expropriation procedure.Some of the problems in the process of main performance in the face of work is thinking rigid,flexible,and at the same time the method to solve the problem is single,and no analysis of the characteristics of the communication object accurately in advance leads to the inability to effectively communicate with the relevant personnel in appropriate ways.In the end,this paper discusses the above-mentioned problems,and then summarizes the important issues that need to be paid attention to: first,it needs to use the correct communication strategies to communicate with people,known as the object of communication oriented strategy.This strategy emphasizes that communicators need to be aware of the characteristics and needs of communicating objects in advance.When communicating,we should be able to take the initiative to think about the problem in the other person's position,deliver the information successfully,and realize constructive communication for our own purposes;Secondly,we need to communicate with people using the flexible way of communication,and communication cannot stand still.Communication researchers need to understand the characteristics of the communication object in advance,and for different departments or personnel,we adopt different methods of communication and corresponding strategies to stimulate interest in communication object,gradually reach a consensus,and achieve our communication goal.In addition,the paper provides a relatively successful case and fully application of a variety of communication strategies,namely A subway engineering of two land acquisition team performance in the process of land expropriation,through upward,parallel,downward communication,this paper compares and analyzes three dimensions further conclude that the engineering management communication can be effective in the process of land expropriation of three main points.The analysis results shows that the work of land expropriation still exists many problems.It has many places need to improve,such as,land acquisition of relevant laws and regulations is not enough perfect,the application of relevant laws and regulations in the process of land expropriation has problems when the applicability of the method of solving the problem is far from enough widespread problem,and so on.Although there are a lot of problems,in order to better assist the work of land requisition,we must be effective use of communication strategies,try to solve the various problems in the land acquisition work.In the final part of the case study,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures for the effective development of the land requisition in the future.
