Study On The Improvement Of The Construction And Management Of The Community Police Work In Tianjin

Community police service is to maintain and ensure the main idea of the social stability.Community policing has become an effective approach of western countries to maintain social order.Our country also gradually establish a system of community policing in the 1980 s,for our country has made great contributions to the development of society and economy.In early 2013,tianjin municipal committee,municipal government after implementation opinion is put forward to speed up the construction of community,community policing construction also obtained the rapid development of zhuhai.But,in the current society in the process of rapid economic and social rapid development,level and efficiency of community policing,is directly related to social and economic development in tianjin and build a harmonious society.At first,this paper reviews the literature on community policing,find the current community policing management system of the construction of the relevant theoretical tools,and the current research focus of the problem;By literature analysis,at the same time,also can find a better case of community policing management system construction,and connecting with the practical management of tianjin community policing,find the success and failure experience of tianjin community policing,and the basis of determine the research question,objects,and the main content of this article.Secondly,in this paper,the problems that exist in the current community policing work in tianjin to carry on the induction and analysis,and identify the reasons of the problems and the current management system still exist can be improved,and these factors are classified,for building reasonable and perfect community policing management standard and basis.Finally,based on the actual social and economic development in tianjin,combined with the relevant national policies and laws,and the absorption of community policing management system such as Beijing and Shanghai construction better,the basis of successful experience,proposes the basic idea of tianjin community policing management system,principles and methods,etc.,combined with the case put forward improvement project of a specific set of management system,provide some useful reference for promoting community policing work in tianjin.
