| The problem of marriage and love has attracted much attention since ancient times,and it has almost become an important indicator of the life task that women must accomplish and the degree of life.But with the continuous development of society and the awakening of women self-consciousness,more and more outstanding young women devote time to study and enrich their own process.When they enter society,they will devote much time to work and turn into a white-collar female.When life gradually stabilized,it was found that it seemed to have become a "leftover".They have high demands for themselves,hoping that they can better accomplish their tasks at each stage.So in the face of their own marriage unsatisfactory state of the case,his hand prone to frustration;on the other hand,their social environment for them is not friendly enough to think they "look too high" and even called the "golden left fighter";and the high strength work environment so that they have fewer opportunities to contact with the opposite sex.Strong self-esteem in the face of love of the opposite sex is also very difficult to produce "women wooing men" mentality.They are not only under the pressure of their work,but also bear the pressure of marriage and love.These pressures,more or less,have a certain degree of impact on their lives and work,and need to be solved in time.This article is based on the white-collar unmarried female group in the author’s practice enterprise,and intervenes in group work on the marriage pressure of white-collar women in the enterprise.Through questionnaires,interviews and other ways to assess their problems and needs,and through the ABC theory,social learning theory,social support theory and a series of social work theory and methods,we design group activities.We should improve the pressure and communication skills of the team members,so as to help them improve their work efficiency and serve the enterprises better. |
