With the progress of modern science and technology and digital media,great changes have taken place in the way content is disseminated.Sports events also take advantage of the wind of science and technology to continue to develop globalization,sports events copyright market with the expansion,exacerbating the global market competition.In recent years,with China’s document No.46 th,"the State Council on speeding up the development of sports industry to promote sports consumption of several opinions," such as a series of documents and policies,sports event copyright has also become the focus of attention in China,all areas hope that the use of sports events as a carrier to help their own development,Therefore,China’s enterprise giants have joined the battle for copyright competition in sports events.However,the preemption of sports event copyright is not a victory,a number of enterprises to buy sports event copyright after the adverse operation,operating losses of the situation is frequent,so the purchase of sports events after the heat of the cold thinking is particularly important,how to use the copyright of sports events for the enterprise Giants to win benefits has become a hot topic of discussion.Taking the copyright of sports events in China as the research object,this paper explores the predicament of copyright operation of sports events in China from the development course and present situation of sports events in China.Based on the model of diamond theory,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of copyright operation of sports events in China,and on this basis,constructs the index system of influencing factors of copyright operation of sports events in China by means of literature,Delphi and AHP hierarchical analysis,and understands the related factors that affect the copyright operation of sports events in China.Based on the relevant influencing factors of copyright operation of sports events in China,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the copyright operation of sports events in China.The results show that:(1)The copyright market of sports events in China has experienced the birth stage of sports events,the copyright stage of non-currency purchase sports events,the copyright stage of buyer’s monopoly sports events,the opening stage of copyright in sports events;(2)At present,the copyright operation of sports events in China shows the marketization of copyright development of sports events.The diversification of copyright platform of sports events and the calmness of copyright creation of sports events;the copyright operation of sports events in China is facing the crisis of user paying habits,frequent infringement of copyright theft,poor user experience,uneven content of events,etc;(3)This paper analyzes that the reason why the copyright of sports events in China is due to the lack of market competitiveness is the theoretical analysis of the factors influencing the copyright operation of sports events in China according to the diamond theory put forward by Maik Pottel,and constructs the index system of influencing factors of copyright operation of sports events in China,and obtains the weight fraction of each index according to the results;(4)According to the importance of the factors influencing the copyright of sports events in China,the strategic improvement of China’s tournament media copyright operation crisis,to achieve the sustainable development of the copyright of sports events in China.In view of the external environment,we should increase the formulation and implementation of government support policies and protection policies,promote the investment of multiple subjects of copyright in sports events,and innovate the copyright of sports events in China and the internal environment of the media,and understand the copyright market demand of sports events,and do a good job in the strategic layout of development and competition.Finally realize the development of copyright operation of sports events in China.
