Research On Public Safety Education From The Perspective Of Urban Governance Performance

With the acceleration of urbanization in China,cities provide people with more opportunities for development,but also bring serious public safety problems.Urban governance is crucial in a complex social context.Good urban governance can promote social fairness and justice and form good social order.Urban governance is an important part of modern national governance.Through urban governance performance evaluation,it can supervise urban construction and promote urban governance to a higher level.In order to better clarify the internal relationship between public safety education and urban governance performance,the author first defines the urban governance performance.Then point out the relationship between urban governance performance and public safety education.On this basis,this paper analyses the achievements and shortcomings of the current development of public safety education in China,focusing on summarizing the shortcomings of its development.For example,the effect of traditional public safety education is not obvious,the object of education is single,the content of education is not comprehensive and public safety education is mere form.Then explain the reasons for its shortcomings.The main reasons are insufficient awareness of public safety education,incomplete planning of public safety education,insufficient investment in public safety education,imperfect evaluation system and imperfect mechanism of public safety education.Based on the analysis of reasons,it puts forward targeted countermeasures for the areas where it is underdeveloped.By raising public safety education awareness,identifying public safety education subjects,increasing public security education funding,innovating public safety education forms,enriching the content of public safety education and guarding public safety education formalism,etc.,to improve the level of public safety education,Seeking improvement in urban governance performance.Based on a correct understanding of the role of public safety education in promoting urban governance performance,this study points out that strengthening public safety education can not only promote the healthy development of urban public safety education,but also adapt to the development of urban security situation,so as to build a harmonious urban living environment and maintain social stability and national security.
