The Research On The Matters Of Bathroom Right Of The Transgender

With the society consistently developing and transforming,the word of ‘transgender' is no longer too unfamiliar to reach: to discover the true lust and wishes rooted in hearts has become the objectives of the modern generation.However,whether complete system has already been established to protect transgender's bathroom right is still uncertain.Therefore,This paper will write from four aspects,by discussing the relationships between bathroom right and equal right,privacy right and rights of life and health so as to summarize the peculiarities of bathroom right;by using gender identity standard as a tool to clarify the relationship between transgender and bathroom right,and discover the oxymoronic between these two concepts;by using both cases and laws originated from US to point out the useful way to have transgender has bathroom right,and doing the research on the development of legislature construction.
