Study On The Prevention And Control Of Public Security In Yankuang Mining Group Of Jining City

Yankuang Group headquarters in Zoucheng,which is a county-level city in Jining,Shandong Province.There are more than 800 square kilometers residential and industrial areas in Jining,which include six districts,Jining High-tech Zone,North Lake District,Yanzhou District,Economic development Zone,Zoucheng City,Qufu City.There are more than 50 large factories and 96 worker-living areas.More than 25 million workers and their family members living there.In recent years,with the decline of business efficiency and the reform of the Group’s organization,more and more security problems followed the Group,a labor-intensive enterprise.The work injury groups which were not discovered in the last several years increase dramatically.More contradictions between the Group and the surrounding rural areas were caused by the occupation of arable lands.The Group internal deployment often caused contradictions between workers and leaders,or workers and workers.The influx of a large number of foreign residents in the family area has brought new security problems.Therefore,the research on the prevention and control of the mining area is of great significance.This paper analyzes the law and order situation of the Group in recent years through the methods of historical research,field investigation and case study,and finds that the neighborhood disputes and petition events in the Group are on the rise,and the case of corruption in criminal cases Characteristics,the main problems of the mining area is serious and the Group lack of attention to the work of public security is inadequate,lack of police force,some of the contradictions arising from the restructuring of the group is difficult to solve.The main reason for these problems is not aware of corporate thinking,grassroots power is too weak,the lack of innovation and management of security management system.Based on the understanding of the advanced concepts of public security prevention and control(such as social control theory,broken window theory and so on)and successful experience,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of public security prevention and control against the status quo of the Group in combination with the status quo of the Group,Such as strengthening the construction of the police force,the community to fight prevention and control of integrated construction,to promote the full coverage of video surveillance projects and other measures.
