Mao Zedong’s Thought Of Military Dialectics And Its Contemporary Value

As an outstanding Marxist in China,a great proletarian revolutionist and military thinker,Mao Zedong inherited and developed Marxism well.He innovatively combined China’s military war and army construction with Marxism,summed up the precious experience of China’s revolutionary war and Army National Defense construction,and drew lessons from the quintessence of various military theories at home and abroad.The collective wisdom of the Chinese people,the Party and the army has created Mao Zedong’s military thought.This thought is an important guiding ideology of the People’s Army,in which the dialectical thought about the army is a profound refinement of Mao Zedong’s military thought and an integral part of the whole Mao Zedong Thought.Mao Zedong’s thought of military dialectics is a brilliant product of the innovative application of dialectical materialism and historical materialism in the military field by all the Communists represented by Mao Zedong in the revolutionary war and the subsequent military practice of national defense,which formed a military theory and method with distinct Chinese characteristics.To grasp and understand Mao Zedong’s military dialectics comprehensively and to understand how he studied and analyzed the characteristics of China’s military war is of great significance to the development of China’s modern army,the formulation of military strategies and the implementation of modern national defense strategies,and to solve the problems encountered in real life.Mao Zedong’s thought of military dialectics creatively combines Marxist military theory with China’s reality,and provides powerful theoretical guidance for the revolutionary war launched by the proletariat.It includes a series of tactical methods suitable for the people’s war,and makes a profound summary of the common laws embodied in each war.Therefore,from this point of view,the formation of Mao Zedong’s military dialectics thought also means the birth of a scientific military theory system with Chinese characteristics of socialism.In the first part of this paper,I explain the meaning of military dialectics,and systematically expound the theoretical origin,background and formation process of Mao Zedong’s military dialectics.The second part focuses on the content of Mao Zedong’s military dialectics.The third part focuses on the contemporary significance and value of Mao Zedong’s military dialectics,which is also the starting point and foothold of this article.
